Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unused, in resale condition, and in their original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and accessories included. Equipment that has been assembled, loaded with weight, chalked, scratched, or otherwise used cannot be returned unless it is defective. Please keep original boxes until you are certain you are keeping your purchase — freight items shipped without original packaging are frequently damaged in transit and may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Email support@corefitness.shop with your order number and the reason for return, or call 941-763-5693 during business hours. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship anything back without an RMA number — unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error — wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage in transit — we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label. If you are returning an item for any other reason, including changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For freight items, return freight can be substantial; we will quote the cost before you commit.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility, we inspect it within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return results from our error. We do not charge restocking fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the item. Report manufacturing defects as soon as they are discovered. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, and we cover all shipping costs for defective merchandise.
Warranty Claims
Racks and benches carry a lifetime frame warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Warranty claims are separate from returns and have no 30-day limit. Contact us with your order number and photos to begin a claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, clearance items marked final sale, and used consumables such as chalk and grip products cannot be returned.
