Eligibility

Products and Pricing
We work to display product descriptions, specifications, weight ratings, dimensions, and images accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Colors may vary by display. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or pricing errors. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship. We may limit quantities per customer or per order.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Financing is offered through a third-party partner subject to its own terms, approval criteria, and rates. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Safety and Proper Use
Fitness equipment carries inherent risk of serious injury. You are responsible for assembling equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions, inspecting it regularly, using appropriate safety equipment such as spotter arms and collars, and training within your ability. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Do not exceed stated weight capacities. Core Fitness is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss arising from improper assembly, modification, misuse, or use of equipment beyond its rated capacity.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Equipment carries the warranty stated on its product page. Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or use of this site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, images, logos, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to Core Fitness and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
