Core Fitness, we know that waiting on your equipment is the hardest part of building a home gym. We work to get every order out the door quickly, packed to survive the freight journey it’s about to take.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to our carrier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on a business day, or on a weekend, begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods such as New Year and Black Friday, processing may extend to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if your order requires additional processing time.
Transit Times
Standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States typically arrives 3–7 business days after shipment. Heavy items — power racks, cages, weight sets over 100 lbs, cardio machines — ship via freight carrier and typically arrive 5–12 business days after shipment. Freight carriers will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment, so please provide an accurate phone number at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free on orders over $299 shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders under $299 are charged calculated shipping based on weight and destination, shown at checkout before payment. Freight and liftgate service fees, where required, are disclosed at checkout. We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Freight Deliveries
Freight shipments are curbside delivery by default. The driver is not required to bring equipment inside, upstairs, or into a garage. Please arrange help for moving heavy items. Liftgate service can be added at checkout for residential deliveries without a loading dock.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Inspect all packages before signing for freight delivery. If a carton is visibly damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and photograph it. Report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.
